How do walk ticket books work?

You create a "10 walks" package. Your client buys it (online or you add it manually). Each confirmed booking deducts one session. No more counting on paper.

Can I access dog info on my phone?

Yes, the mobile app gives you everything: address, entry code, key location, owner number, medical info…

How do walk reports work?

At the end of the walk, you can note if the dog went potty, add a quick message, and attach a photo. The owner gets a notification.

Can clients cancel on their own?

Yes, but you set the rules. You can require a deadline (e.g. 24 hours before) for a free cancellation; otherwise the walk may still be due.

I do group walks — is that supported?

Absolutely. You can create a "Group walk" service with 4 or 5 spots max per slot. Multiple clients can sign up for the same time.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes. Clients buy a pack as a gift. The recipient activates it with you. You can also issue one from Offers → Gift cards.
