How do automatic reminders work?

Rintintin automatically sends an SMS or email to clients before their appointment. You set the timing (24h, 48h…). Result: far fewer no-shows.

Can I sell grooming packages or ticket books?

Yes! You can create packs (5 grooms, 10 grooms…) that clients buy upfront. The system deducts automatically at each visit.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes. Clients buy a pack as a gift. The recipient activates it with you. You can also issue one from Offers → Gift cards.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the industry standard. Money goes directly to your bank account. You can collect before or after the service.
